The Dyspnea Society is an international multidisciplinary community that promotes collegial exchange amongst scientific and clinical professionals. Our aim is to advance scientific knowledge of dyspnea and its translation to clinical practice.

The Dyspnea Society:

The society arose from a group of clinicians and scientists with a common interest in dyspnea research and management. The group has been meeting together since the inception of the ‘Dyspnea’ meeting series in 2005.

As the meeting grew it was decided in 2013 to form an informal society to help the group stay in touch and network between meetings. As such, membership of the society provides access to the member’s forum, connections to dyspnea labs and clinics around the world and membership rates to biannual society meetings.
